SECRETARIATThe party Secretariat is its permanent governing body.
In the period between the Congresses the Secretariat together with the Board is responsible for the activities of the party.
The party Secretariat has multiple functions. It arranges and invites party Congresses and Board meetings, develops agendas, decides on the working rules, venue, and day of Congress and Board meetings, and notifies participants.
Besides the above mentioned responsibilities, the Secretariat performs a number of other functions, which include submitting for Board approval the party membership enrollment and dismissal order, approving the party personnel roster and rates upon the presentation by the Secretary General, as well as managing party’s movable and immovable assets.
The Secretariat is authorized to decide on the issue of party member expulsion.
It is noteworthy
that in case the party member does not agree with the expulsion decision, he
can appeal against this decision in the party Statutory Committee, which is to
take the final decision.
