SECRETARY GENERAL

The activities of the party Secretariat are governed by the Secretary General, who is elected by the Board.

The Secretary General makes decisions as to the issues pertaining to the current activities of the party, as well as signs decrees, orders and other necessary documents.

He is authorized to sign contracts and agreements, invite extraordinary meetings of the Board and Secretariat and call extraordinary Congresses.

The Secretary General delivers political report at the Congress.
