Chairman of the Regional Office

The powers of the Regional Office Chairman are:

a) Supervise the works of the Executive

b) Ensure the implementation of the decisions made by Assembly, Secretariat, and Executive Board of the given area.

c) Represent regional office and act on behalf of the regional office without the power of attorney

d) Submit the report to the party Secretariat on his activities, as well as activities of Executive Board of regional office.

e) with the exception of the issues which are under the jurisdiction of the party Assembly,  Board, Secretariat and the Executive Board of the given regional office decide within the limits of its powers on the current issues related to regional office activities, as well as sign documents, orders, decrees and other necessary documents

f) Invite extraordinary sessions of the regional office Executive Board

g) Implement other powers vested in him by the party Assembly, Board, and Secretariat

h) Submit the activity report to the regional office Executive Board
