On April 18th 2010 in the Proshyan community MIAK held elections for the executive positions of the regional Office. (Board & Chairperson) Both the MIAK Organizational Issues Secretary Vahan Babayan and the Propaganda-Ideological Issues Secretary Gerasim Barseghyan were present at the elections.

 

According to the MIAK Charter a Board of seven was elected with Lilit Karapetyan as Chairperson. Lilit is the second woman-chairperson in a MIAK regional office.

 

This regional office is the first in Kotayk marz.
