As a result of the implementation of the  Spread Out programme, the city of Berd was included in the list of MIAK regional branches. This branch is the 4th  in  Tavush marz.  On October 25th  the MIAK Secretary General, members of the Secretariat and other governing bodies visited Berd and met with MIAK supporters. During the meeting  issues of concern of the local population were discussed. At the end of the meeting new member enrollment took place.
