On April 21, United Liberal National Party gave press conference in Jazzve café.  It was attended by the candidates included in MIAK proportional list, as well as other members and supporters.  

During the press conference MIAK members had one more chance to present MIAK Program, slogans, strategy, and party’s “to do” list.  It was mentioned that MIAK submitted serious claim to enter political arena and is going to successfully participate in upcoming National Assembly elections and all political processes taking place in Armenia.  

Garik Martirosyan, who occupied the second horizontal in MIAK proportional list, announced that he would be removing his candidacy based on a joint decision with MIAK Board.  “My presence in the list in a sense makes it harder to disclose MIAK`s full potential, since rather great portion of attention is directed to my modest figure.  I fully share MIAK`s ideas and Program and will strongly support the process of ensuring the party’s strengthening and success.  I am also calling upon all reform-oriented people and youth in particular to enroll in MIAK and support it, since this is a new generation force which will undoubtedly be successful in its activities and will promote the process of strengthening and development of our Motherland.”   

At the end of the press conference MIAK invited everybody to unprecedented concert of Comedy Club which would take place coming Thursday.  The invitations can be obtained from MIAK central office, even though their number is extremely limited.
