In 1982-1992he studied in the Secondary School N 109.

In 1992-1997he studied at the Law Faculty of Yerevan State University.  

In 1997he was drafted in the Armenian  armedforces and was  discharged  in November 1998.  

InJanuary 1999, following the decree of the Chief Justice, he was employed as aninvestigator in the  judicial system  until 2005.  

He resignedform his post having decided to live in Russia where he started his ownbusiness.

In 2005-2007he was employed in  the position of a BoardMember of the “United National Congress” NGO.

Since 2007he has been a MIAK co-founder and a member of the governing  board.

He ismarried and has two children.
